HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

Neutral Mousse Mix: 100 g
Warm water (35⁰C - 40⁰C): 140 g
Whipped Cream: 500 g
1. Prepare Whipped Cream (*): Whip cream to achieve the desired whipped level
2. Prepare Mousse Batter: Dissolve Neutral Mousse Mix in warm water (35⁰C - 40⁰C)
3. Pour whipped cream into mousse batter and fold gently until well mixed
4. Pour mixture into the mousse cake mould and keep frozen at -18⁰C for 10 to 12 hours
5. Thaw mousse cake in the chiller at 2⁰C - 7⁰C for 2 to 4 hours before serving(*)
Recommended ratio: Rich Whip Topping Base and Rich's Versatié at 2:1
