HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

Custard Filling Mix: 1000g

Water or Milk (20⁰C - 25⁰C): 2500g

1. Add Custard Filling Mix and water or Mmilk into a bowl

2. Use a mixing paddle to mix at low speed for 30 seconds then increase to medium speed for 1 minute and high speed for 3 - 5 minutes until it is

shiny and homogenous

3. Use Custard Filling Cream for desired applications and store remainder in the chiller
