HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
Puff Pastry Mix: 1000g
Eggs: 1670g
Milk: 1000g
Butter: 670g
- Melt butter and let it cool.
- Pour all ingredients into a bowl.
- Use paddle to blend at low speed for 30 seconds. Then in crease to high speed for 3-5 minutes until well mixed.
- Bake at least at 195°C/ 175°C for 25-28 minutes.
