HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

Sponge Cake Mix: 1000 g
Eggs: 500 g
Water: 300 g
Oil : 100 g
1. Whisk Sponge Cake Mix, eggs and water at low speed for approximately 1 minute.
2. Scrap down and whisk the mixture for further 4 – 8 minutes at high speed until the mixture is shine and homogenous.
3. Blend in cooking oil for minute at low speed.
4. Deposit batter into mould and bake at 180°C - 200°C for 30-35 minutes.
