HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

Vanilla Muffin Mix: 1000 g
Eggs: 360 g
Water: 200 g
Oil : 280 g
1. Blend Vanilla Muffin Mix, eggs and water at low speed for 2 minutes.
2. Scrap down and mix at medium speed for 3 minutes until the mixture is homogenous and fine.
3. Add oil and mix at low speed for 2 minutes.
4. Deposit batter into muffin cup or tray and bake at 190°C/180°C for 25 - 30 minutes.
